- You can track order with tracking number/ order number received on your email after placing the order. You will also receive a tracking through WhatsApp from our delivering partner.
- Sunday of the week is off day, any order placed on Sunday, will be confirmed for delivery from Monday.
- If your order couldn’t be delivered by our delivery partner due to wrong address or contact information, return/cancellation fees will apply.
Delivery charges are applicable across GCC countries (KSA, OM, QA, BH, KW) & international shipping.

- Return Policy:
- Return is accepted for all unworn items and must be made within 48 Hours of your delivery date.
- All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their package box and original packaging materials.
- Items will be inspected upon receiving the return request by email with returned items and packaging photos. Once Return is accepted, our team will collect your returned items and refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 24 hours of return acceptance.
- The refund may take up to 10 working days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times.
- If your payment method was cash on delivery, the refund will be processed in a form of gift card for your next purchase on our Website Only.
- Returns are free within the UAE, return charges are applicable for GCC and international returns. Return charge is equal to shipping charge.

- You can track your order by checking the Airway Bill (AWB) number we will send you on the shipping confirmation e-mail.
- Exchange:
- The fastest way to exchange your item is to process a return of the item and make a new purchase.
- GCC & International returns:
- We accept all unworn/unaltered items for a refund to the original form of payment within 48 hours of purchase for international orders.
- Return rates are based on the country of return.
- All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their package box and original packaging materials.
